Godfather Death
A devised show, based on the Brothers Grimm fairytale of Godfather Death. A woman has her 13th child and not knowing how to provide for it she searches for a godfather to help her. On her way she denies both God and the devil, but when she meets Death she concludes he makes all men even and that he must be his godfather. When the child – Tod – has become an adult, Death assists him in becoming the greatest physician in the land – but Tod betrays him with horrible consequences.
