Grieghallen is named after Edvard Grieg and has been the home of the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra since the hall’s completion in 1978. After 30 years of constant operation, the main concert hall, the Peer Gynt Hall, and other supporting spaces needed a complete technical renovation, particularly the stage equipment, infrastructure, ventilation, and modernization of the public areas.
